In early 2025, the USAID Feed the Future Policy LINK project will begin the Leadership for Inclusive Policy (L4IP) Program, an immersive, six-month leadership development course for food security and climate change policy leaders in countries across Africa.

The recent Malabo Policy Learning Event (MAPLE) in Harare, Zimbabwe, highlighted ongoing efforts and challenges in achieving the ambitious goals of the Malabo Declaration.

The Comprehensive African Agricultural Development Program (CAADP) Donor Partner Coordination Group (DPCG) is a continental platform that brings together the key donors supporting CAADP.

Policy LINK has supported the African Union to convene the 2nd CAADP Coordination Meeting in Casablanca, Morocco.

Policy LINK partnered with Ghana’s Environmental Protection Agency to deliver a two-day climate change reporting training for selected national and sub-national media practitioners.

The meeting saw active engagement from participants, who shared insights into their respective activities, highlighting both successes and challenges.

From March 13-15, 2023, 30 stakeholders gathered in Nairobi, Kenya, to discuss the past and future of the Comprehensive Africa Agriculture Development Programme.

The workshop was designed to update CAADP focal points on the latest Biennial Review developments and roadmap.
