“Bangladesh has great potential to drive sustainable agriculture-led economic growth. Having strong, inclusive agriculture policies can help achieve this goal and improve food security and resilience, especially for women and children. The USAID-funded Feed the Future Policy Activity works with the Government of Bangladesh, private sector, development agencies and academia to strengthen policies in four areas: seed, food safety, social safety nets and nutrition. The Policy Activity recently convened a series of workshops to bring together stakeholders across the spectrum of agricultural policy – watch the video to hear from leading agricultural experts on what they think works best in creating collaborative solutions for better ag policies.”
