Navigating Gender and Culture in Leadership

On this episode we speak to Tanmya Tajbina Jahan, a leader with 12 years of experience in a variety of industries. Her working experience is from a nice blend of private sector and not for profit originations with the focus on Gender issues. Since 2011, she has been working for women empowerment, Gender & youth inclusion to learn the point of barriers recommend the strategies to address them. At present she is working as Support market system and Social inclusion specialist in Feed the Future Rice and Diversified Activity of USAID. Through my journey she learned the powerful impact of gender inclusion from a commercial point of view as well as the impact on social economy.
